A maverick in the financial services sector, William O'Neil and Company has been providing investment strategies to clients for close to 50 years. As a digital partner, Razorfish helped them realize a series of new digital products.
The most significant project in the engagement was the design of a new desktop application targeted toward institutional investors. This data-intense application (eventually named Panaray) was designed for 30" flatscreen monitors - a typical component for the target audience's working set-up. A light and dark theme was designed to provide the user with an optimal experience for their environment.
Another project was the redesign of William O'Neil and Company's corporate website. The design supported their message of being a trusted market advisor whose proprietary database and products can identify unique investment ideas.
